SER Report 審核報告
THD SER team reviews and approves audit report;
家得寶SER團隊批準審核服務商提供的審核報告；
Service Provider sends CAPA plan format to supplier/factory;
審核服務商將指定的糾正預防計劃版式發(fā)給供應商/工廠，通知提交糾正預防計劃；
SER Audit Schedule 審核安排
Service provider schedules and conducts SER audit within 14 days since receives audit task assignedby THD SER team；
審核服務商接到家得寶SER團隊委派的審核任務后，在14天內(nèi)安排并執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場審核；
CAPA Plan 糾正預防計劃
Supplier/factory should submit CAPA plan to Service Provider within 7 days after receiving notification from SP;
供應商/工廠需要在審核服務商通知后的7天內(nèi)提交糾正預防行動計劃；
After CAPA plan approval, THD SER team update FLEX system and the factory on boardsuccessfully;
家得寶SER團隊批準糾正預防計劃后，將在FLEX系統(tǒng)里打開SER授權；
糾正預防證據(jù)提交與現(xiàn)場驗證
Supplier/factory submits CAPA evidences to Service Provider before on-site verification audit. SP will conduct on-site CAPA verification audit on 30 day/90 day since the CAPA plan approval date based on risk level of deficiencies;
供應商/工廠在現(xiàn)場驗證審核前向?qū)徍朔丈烫峤徽淖C據(jù)，審核服務商根據(jù)不符合項的風險級別在糾正計劃批準后的30天/90天進行現(xiàn)場驗證審核；
糾正預防關閉 與復審日期計算
Service Provider uploads CAPA evidence and on-site verification report onto SER system for THD SER team to review. CAPA will be closed and reaudit date will be automatically calculated accordingly if all deficiencies are closed .
審核服務商將提交的整改證據(jù)和現(xiàn)場驗證審核報告上傳到家得寶SER系統(tǒng)。經(jīng)家得寶SER團隊批準后，糾正預防措施將會關閉，同時復審日期將會自動計算；
